Our Story

Founded in 2010 is passionate about affecting change in youth all over the world by bringing them the hope of Christ in the form of life-changing events, robust educational programs and meaningful discipleship. We believe that change happens best when we partner with local ministries, organizations, and leaders who are already positively impacting their own cultures. By partnering with these groups, we effectively encourage and cultivate long-term change from within cultures.

We also provide development initiatives that empower youth and children to see a future beyond poverty while reaching their God-given potential. Doing so creates purpose for their lives while enabling them simultaneously to affect their own cultures and end the cycle of poverty.

Mission

Reach Youth Global shares the hope of Jesus Christ with youth across Africa in the Gospel, addressing holistic needs in partnership with local ministries.

In loving Memory of Loren Hill

In 2008, Loren and Theresa Hill founded Reach Youth Global alongside a group of like-minded friends.

Their shared passion for helping children and youth overcome life’s challenges by providing safe, nurturing places for education, daily living, and hearing the Gospel is the strong foundation upon which RYG is built. In May 2025, Loren entered eternity with Jesus, but his legacy continues through the work of RYG.

Loren tragically passed away in 2025. His legacy lives on through RYG.
